A medical malpractice lawsuit was filed against Children’s Dental Group Anaheim clinic after multiple children experienced serious infections after a dental operation.
The injury lawsuit alleges fraud and medical malpractice. In the lawsuit, the clinic was accused of performing unnecessary procedures on children without parental consent. There were also reports of no anesthesia being used during painful operations like root canals.
In total, there are 57 children being treated for infections after undergoing a procedure at the clinic.
In the state of Ohio, injury law dictates that medical malpractice claims must be filed within one year of when you discover the injury or from your last date of treatment.
