Butkovich & Associates, Co. LPA is pleased to announce that Joseph Butkovich, owner of the firm, was honored by the Commonwealth of Kentucky with the designation of Kentucky Colonel by Governor Steven L. Beshear on May 2nd, 2014. The honor was bestowed following the nomination by Butkovich & Associates’ client Carol M. Ms. M. petitioned for the honor on behalf of Mr. Butkovich following years of assistance managing her workers’ compensation claim. As a result of the firm’s efforts, Ms. M was awarded a life time award of disability benefits as a result of her work injury.
The honor of Kentucky Colonel is reserved for “…an individual’s contributions to his or her community…With your commission as a Kentucky Colonel, the Governor recognizes your service and accomplishments on behalf of others.”
Mr. Butkovich was deeply gratified to be recognized by Ms. M. and the Commonwealth of Kentucky for this prestigious award.
